Competent and supportive management focused on training. I was given trust and increasing responsibilities, including leading small teams and managing complex projects. The company invests in quality and continuous improvement.

      Svantaggi

      The global structure leads to slow decision-making and delays in some projects. Complex organization with roles and responsibilities sometimes unclear. Internal procedures are strict, which limits operational flexibility. The corporate spinoff and subsequent transfer of part of the operations to Asia reduced professional opportunities in Europe.
