I worked at Beefree for just a few months, but it was enough for me to realize that this company puts into practice all the good business theories that are often only talked about. Teams are provided with all the tools to work well, harmoniously, and collaboratively. The attention from People Operations towards employees is tangible and translates into various monitoring activities and team-building initiatives. The company operates fully remotely, and with an international team; there are very few companies in Italy adopting this work model, and even fewer do it as effectively. Management at all levels is consistently present and attentive, ensuring significant freedom and autonomy for each employee while encouraging personal growth and the achievement of professional goals.
