Azienda imbarazzante, perlomeno la gestione italiana. Circo di incompetenti, ambiente tossico. Tutti si improvvisano dei professionisti, spolier: fanno tutti ridere. Disorganizzazione, incompetenza e improvvisazione. Scappate.

We also take feedback—whether positive or critical—as a gift, particularly when it is a bit more constructive. Most importantly, we take concerns about leadership and workplace culture very seriously.
Even if we acknowledge that there is always room for improvement, your review does not reflect the values we aim to uphold, nor does it mirror the reality of our working environment and culture in Italy. We know for certain that our renewed Leadership Team in Italy works hard on strengthening management practices, investing in staff development, and ensuring a collaborative environment across all locations. What we have heard through our annual employee surveys and internal communications certainly does not resonate with the one-sided perception you shared with little evidence.
