CoStar was a really great professional experience for me. This was my first job out of college, and I started my career as a Research Associate. The training was really engaging and taught me a lot about the commercial real estate industry. I enjoyed building relationships on the phone with CRE professionals and getting to learn a lot of information about the markets that I worked on. The career path was easy to understand, and the harder I worked, the more my career accelerated. When I found a roadblock I had a number of mentors at CoStar that would help me find a solution to the obstacle. It was a great experience being part of this organization which leads the industry on innovation and forward thinking and has a cool, cutting-edge workplace. I highly recommend this company to anyone starting their career.
