The founder is genuinely one of the kindest and most humble people I’ve ever encountered, which sets the tone for the whole organization. My team is incredibly talented, supportive, and down-to-earth. My manager, in particular, has been an inspiring leader — brilliant, humble, and truly caring. It’s rare to find this combination of high performance and kindness in one place, but Deel has managed to create that environment. I’m genuinely very happy to be part of this company and excited for what’s ahead.
