During my studies I managed to start an internship at Empatica in the field of HR. What I would like to highlight is how dynamic and young the environment at Empatica is. Dynamic in the sense that "Empaticans" are proactive and open to new challenges, with a clear interest in continuous learning and personal/professional growth. And it is characterised by a young environment, meaning not only that the average employees' age is impressively low compared to most Italian companies, but also that those who are more senior (in terms of age and/or experiences) never loose the chance to actively listen and work together with other employess/teams.
On the HR side of the internship, it has been an amazing experience in terms of learning opportunities in several fields of the HR umbrella. I already knew that I am a proacrive person, but the team really encouraged me trying new challenges and take responsabilities that most of the students don't even realise they could handle in the first 2/3 years of work experiences.

Not sure I am able to find actual disadvantages. I would say that sometimes the flexible scale up environment could be challenging, but I personally perceived this aspect as a big perk considering what I was looking for.
