      Way to run a remote first company

      Hostaway is fully remote, which gives everybody a lot of flexibility and comfort. The company has a Slack first policy which makes decision making and operations more. transparent than in many other companies. There is strong sense of accountability which for me is very positive and I have the feeling that, even if we are all sitting at home, no one is wasting time.

      The fully remote set up has it cons - that is no real human beings around you. If you live by yourself it can get heavy. The company does not reimburse a coworking membership
