Personale molto qualificato. Azienda smart: si può tranquillamente lavorare in remoto senza subire pressioni o controlli eccesssivi e ha molti dipendenti che lavorano in remoto. Colleghi e dirigenti molto "alla mano".
I’m still very new to the company, so I don’t yet have enough experience to evaluate every aspect, but so far everything has been very positive. Hyland is a fully remote company with a competitive salary. I did have a minor issue with my laptop, but the person responsible was extremely helpful and resolved it quickly. Overall, people have a positive and proactive attitude, and leadership seems genuinely attentive to work–life balance.

While the salary is competitive for the Italian market, considering that Hyland is an international company, there could be room for slightly more competitive compensation aligned with a broader global market perspective.
