      Neo4j is a growing company leader of the graph DB market; company climate is very collaborative, inclusive and respectful of personal needs. The management communicates quite often and clearly about strategy and future plans.

      Loved reading your review - thank you! I just returned from our annual GraphConnect conference in Austin, TX, and could not agree more with your point about getting our teams together more often! It was incredible to see so many employees in one place for the first time in years! We will continue to look for ways to bring folks together, and will continue to encourage teams to convene at one of our offices, or a chosen destination, with some frequency!
