      Dear former employee, thank you for taking the time to evaluate your experience. Throughout the year 2025 we were focusing on hiring more experienced consultants and setting clearer expectations around professional conduct. Our current company policy has no tolerance for gossip and unprofessional behavior. Therefore, we are hopeful this will create meaningful space for our employees to build up their career within the team.
