Working at Azione has been a major growth experience — in the best way. From the first day, I’ve been surrounded by a team of true professionals: everyone is sharp, creative thinkers who are completely on their A-game. It’s a fast-paced environment, but in a way that’s inspiring and energizing — you’re constantly learning just by being in the mix. The work here feels like a new era of PR to me — not just traditional press outreach that I felt I was getting bored of at my last agency, but holistic, brand-building and creative communications. It’s collaborative, strategic, and super thoughtful — keeping everyday exciting. It’s definitely a fast-paced environment, which can take some getting used to at first! Everyone is super action-oriented, and the pace teaches you how to pivot quickly, stay on your toes, and not get too attached to one way of doing things. But the team is friendly and helpful - if you’re adaptable and eager to grow, the learning curve becomes a real asset.
