- Remote work was great. They send you all of your needed equipment & if needed, you can customize a few things. - Culture is overall very good among the different departments. - I worked in multiple areas: sales, compliance, and ended as a supervisor. The sales bonuses were nice when you did well. - Opportunities for advancement are there and if you stick it out & are a good worker, the specialty teams are nice to be a part of. - Work in general was easy. Good work life balance since everything was remote. - As a supervisor, I had an amazing team and felt supported in every way. I loved helping new employees and empowering them.

- The abuse from customers was tough. Constant belittling, verbal abuse, and entitled people, especially on the sales side. You didn't get it as much on the sup end of things, but the ones that were bad were terrible. - Benefits & pay is okay. I feel like the pay should be better. Especially for the sup side. - For the sales end, it's hard. It is very sales driven if that's not your thing. There is lots of pressure to do better. But if you can stick it out for 90+ days, you can switch to a dept that is a better fit.
