The employees on the phones are great people.

Management lies to everyone, over promises and under delivers. The new woman they brought in treats her favorites great and to those she has issues with for unknown reasons like a burden, they can never seem to all be on the same page in management. The floor managers play favorites and try to push people out they don't like personally. There is very little professionalism and treat employees like a burden when you really need help. Toxic managers.
