      Interesting, well-established publications that are a major source in IT information to the federal government community. Nice office location and facilities. Some good and experienced colleagues.

      No company loyalty to its employees, staff down-sizings and across the board pay cuts have been the norm for some time now. Upper management can't seem to develop a successful business plan; instead it's shed people and programs. An example: after a very successful run for many years, the FOSE (Federal Office Supply Exposition) show was killed this year.

      Amazing people on the teams across 1105 Media's business units. Lots of flexible time off including PTO, holidays, and mental health days. Many people continue working here for 10+ years because of these nice benefits and great coworkers. The company has made a lot of positive changes in the last 6-7 years under the leadership of the current CEO and management teams.
