Joining 12Go has been an exciting experience so far. The onboarding process was smooth and well-structured from the recruiter’s clear communication and manager’s support in helping me get up to speed quickly. What I appreciate most is the collaborative and international environment. The team is made up of passionate people from different countries and backgrounds, and everyone is always open to share insights or help when needed. The work culture strikes a good balance between structure and flexibility. There’s a strong focus on ownership, but also trust in each person’s expertise. In just one month, I’ve already learned so much about app marketing and cross-functional collaboration. I’m looking forward to growing further with the company and contributing to its mission of making travel across Asia simpler and more seamless.

1) A lot of the people were fired in 1 day with no reason 2) It's hard to break through in growth - technical excellence is not enough 3) Processes are random and change approximately every half of the year 4) The company was sold, so it's a part of the group now. The group's high management is not really interested in the personal company growth and is not aware of the internal company culture. That's causing the immediate role changes, firing people, blocking the salary raise, etc. The company has a hard time because of the high management, I hope it survives in the end
