From our Helping Hands Committee to the various advocacy programs we offer the team here makes a positive difference in our community. The addition of a wellness ambassador program for staff, weekly meal stipends, and a meditation room for employees ensures we are well and cared for so we can do the same for our guests.

The campus is private so you must be a guest or employee to enjoy the serenity of this beautiful place!

- Good pay and benefits, at least as of 2022 - Worked with a great team - Occasionally will feed the employees, and their food is really good - Appreciate the core mission

- Actual dedication to that core mission is questionable, as they work extensively with companies like Google and Salesforce who are actively making the world worse - Rather than promote from within, they will often bring in upper-tier employees from tech and especially hospitality backgrounds, leading to an increasingly corporate culture that eventually became unbearable to someone who had been there almost since the beginning
