Interesting science but lack of direction - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso 1859

There was a lack of direction of where to take the company and what type of company 1859 wanted to be. Goals per role were often left undefined and there was questionable decision making by previous upper management. A large layoff occurred here in April 2023. A new CEO is there now so hopefully the company can be taken in the right direction.
