Working with 19 Ideas has been a great experience. The team is close and works together well, ownership cares about its employees and shows respect across the board.

I don't have much to say here, any "cons" or "negatives" don't go beyond what you'd typically expect to encounter in an agency setting.

Wonderful atmosphere with leadership who cares about employee wellbeing and the importance of work/life balance. Very generous PTO policy. Remote Monday and Friday option available to all employees.

Can be fast paced and demanding at times.
