No skill development/ Learning and work life balance Too much Office politics. Planning, plotting and acting which goes into terminating employees is commendable. If the same efforts were taken to deliver the projects, company would be in a better state. MD has absolutely no clue on what is happening. Pathetic state of affairs. No job security. You can be terminated any day of the week without any valid reason. This not based on your performance or productivity and just because of personal grudges. There should be no place for this in corporate. Don't expect increment. They can always hire new people at the same pay. So terminating them just when they are about to get an increment is the smartest move. But this is completely unethical and shows the short term vision of the company. Groupism is much prevalent and this group tends to disrespect other employees and doesn't do any actual work. But no action will be taken as they are the 'favourites'.
