Management plays a serious favorites game. If you are not one of their favorites you have no hope here, regardless of if you are doing a good job. Also, upper management consistently blames their mistakes on employees which causes a lot of friction. There is no room for growth or career development, because of the size of the company and their unwillingness to invest in employees.
