- Principals are great people to work with. - Principal Eric is passionate about design, appreciates and encourage you to have design input. - The other director Eun is efficient and great at time management for projects. - They listen to your needs and always try to make sure you are happy with your projects. - Transpantent with hierarchy, easy to speak up. - Nice office space. - Good hours, you barely need to stay after 6:00pm.

- Their seniors are not as passionate as Eric, therefore a strong lack of communication and mentorship within project team. We had a four people team for a retail store, and no one knows what each other is in charge of. Project architect never checks up on you, too busy for conversations. - They have great ideas, but seem to have trouble executing it to reality.

Great schedule, overtime is rarely expected. Good salary. Projects are interesting. Having great coworkers helped keep people at the firm.

Highly disorganized. Very little leadership or management from the two partners, who spend half (or less) the amount of time in the office as employees. Eric seems to be living in a glamorous, wanna-be starchitect dream world when in reality the firm seems to be barely keeping its doors open. As someone else stated, they have great ideas (though repetitive) but really have trouble executing them into reality. Turnover is very high.
