Sales team will tell to the SVC that we have 200 drivers but the actual count will be 30 so the operations team will be answering SVC because of sales team's false promise.

While onboarding drivers company will state that if any accident happen intransit means company will request for CX insurance but after onboarding he will be penalized for accident like 10k or 20k were his pay will be only 15k
