Not really any cons. Small company but gives a lot of opportunity to learn

Working here is a masters in modern media mechanics. I had the privilege of working here six years ago and it was the most formative experience of my work life. No lip service here, creativity and innovation are the baseline here internally, and the leadership walks the walk. I've worked with members of the founding team in various capacities over the past decade and I can say that when it comes down to brass tax, other organizations lack the institutional insight that the senior team's divergent background solves for. Where this company really shines is its senior management, the breadth of experience and mentoring available to you is outstanding. Ive had optics inside many traditional agencies & new media shops, this is bar none the best at delivering top notch client experiences. The clients were always thrilled with the results and energy and passion in which we management communicated with them. The higher ups are extremely fair and tempo of the workflow is fast paced in the best of ways. All in all, if I had not relocated I'd still be in that office.
