Very little growth opportunities, undervalued over worked, you are viewed as just another employee when dealing with major clients.

I was working for 2Sales for over a year and I really liked the job and especially the colleagues. Unfortunately I had to leave Luxembourg for private reasons otherwise I would still be there. The first thing I really appreciated was the application process. After sending my CV I received very quickly an invitation to an interview. And then they directly gave me feedback and offered me the job. Other companies let you wait forever! I gained insights into e-commerce and product marketing on Amazon. The work is very diverse. You can work on a variety of projects that are sometimes quite challenging. There is always something to do and some project phases are actually really stressful. But in these times the teams stand together and everyone helps each other. Managers always take time for you if you have problems or suggestions for improvement. You can always go to your manager and if something goes wrong, they work directly on solutions. But the best are definitely the colleagues. Young and especially international people are working for 2Sales who also meet after work for drinks. If you are new to Luxembourg, you can definitely meet great people here. Teamwork is very important and therefore there are regular teambuilding events or company events.

The internal communication between different department could be better.
