Where do I start.... Low pay and low commission. No benefits and no insurance. It's a sketchy company where people don't use their real names. If you don't believe me, search the managers in the company. There is no information about them and they won't tell you their personal history if you ask (very secretive indeed). The managers will also take your leads and lie about how many sales they get. If you hear a sale has been made with a big company, don't believe it. It's just a tactic to put pressure on you. No big companies want to work with 33 Universal simply b/c it's websites (they own about 30) are well below average- it's poorly written and just content aggregation. Sales will hit a dead end when a client realizes the company's secretive nature. The managers lie to you about the the web traffic of the company and you look foolish once a potential client figures out something suspicious and begins asking questions. You'll eventually get caught in a lie. Management treats you poorly. There's a high turnover rate, many have left within a few days. It wouldn't surprise me if management tells people something like "This is a new department that we have started." No, it's not, it's a revolving door and people get tired of the treatment very quickly. I could go on but you get the point...
