The owner micromanage all employees. You are asked to account for code he (the owner) badly wrote 20+ years ago without documentation or tests and even domain training. When you ask for help and/or training you become the problem because in his point of view you're a supposed to get on board knowing everything. He will politely say you are stupid by saying "this in not rocket science". Does not worth the trouble
