We are absolutely against favouritism. Hence it is hard to believe that our management is full of politics. We always invest in benchmarking ourselves with market in compensation, benefits and best practices. There is a set procedure for drawing the increment percentage which is not at all driven by favouritism. Salary increments for an individual also depends upon the performance, skillset and potential and not necessary that an employee who has been on bench will get relatively lower increment than others.
