Thank you for endorsing our Technologies, projects and our Compensation part. We do not agree on your point of high fire rate and Inconsistent work throughout different teams, we would like to tell you that even during the Global Pandemic time when most of the people across the globe were facing pay cut issues, we DID NOT deduct anyone’s salary. We maintained our bench strength as usual during those tough times as well and didn't let go of anyone. On the other hand we ensure that everyone is assigned to the project which is very close to their technical capabilities.
