They encourage everyone to share their learnings with others. No work pressure and very considerate managers Managers there help you learn, never ask you to work outside office hours, they give more than enough time to do a job Leadership is awesome and they truly work with growth mindset

Also we are glad to see your acknowledgment towards other benefits provided by organisation for employee delight. We have equally taken a note of your feedback on awards budget.
