They do not care about their employees well being just the project. I made a poor decision and returned to work. They expected me to be 100%. The travel policy is that the employee pays 100% up front and is reimbursed. They pay once a month and reimbursements once a month. You can prove hardship and get reimbursed sooner if they approve it. They insist on perfect completion of their perfunctory forms. That includes the reimbursement form so for travel you could be redoing forms for months before you get paid for traveling for the job. The culture is that they reprimand people in group emails.
