Growth minded with people not just being resources. Very attentive to individual needs and setting reasonable expectations.

Medical Devices are all new to market and SaMD/AI based. Guidances and Regulations are still developing and demands cutting edge regulatory knowledge. Exciting to keep learning, but it is a lot to keep track of in the WW Regulatory space.

The staff here are great to work with. Even though we are remote across the USA I feel like we are still a close team.

The down side is not everyone is in the same office
