Getting to meet customers and doing lots of different types of work (you basically have to do at least two three people's work here) but at least on a personal level you learn other people's jobs so it may help when you in future as it can be considered as work experience

So many cons to say but basically the treatment to most of their staff is pathetic. Staff become so scared of the bosses it reminds me of slavery. No one opens their mouths to even negotiate better working conditions as the bosses can sting them really bad. They basically have no regard for their employees (unless of course the employees are related to the bosses or so ) and most staff are heavily underpaid.
