There's only decent pay and commission, that's it.

- High pressure environment - Bare minimum break time after hours of talking - Back to back to back calling -> after finishing a call, boom another call 2seconds later - No proper adequate training provided. Just thrown in the deep end. - No sales for the day? Instant on report and high potential of being sacked. - People leaving every week. New people coming in every week. On repeat.

- It is often unclear as to the true nature of the business and fundraising efforts. Any attempt to question where the money goes etc. is swiftly put out by management. - Little to no training, prey on student and single parents desperate for work, unethical sales strategies to try and trick people into giving money to the business - Routinely witnessed people conduct sales over the phone that were not in line with legal requirements for data privacy - Management have zero interest in retention, as soon as one person leaves someone else comes in
