5X has been a very positive experience for me. The remote setup is smooth, the hours are comfortable, and the team is honestly very friendly. I joined as a fresher, and everyone took the time to train me properly and guide me whenever I got stuck. My manager is supportive, and the founder is very visionary, which gives a clear sense of direction. Overall, the culture is relaxed, collaborative, and fun. You get to learn a lot across different areas.

The work environment here is actually very chill and supportive, which is amazing — but it also sets a really high bar for any future company someone might join. Once you get used to this culture, it’s hard to imagine working anywhere less supportive.

The best work culture you will ever find at work. It feels so much like a friends group working together on a product. I made some of my lifetime best buddies here at 5X and it was all because of how we built the culture
