There is an awareness of the need to serve customers first, and do other work assignments after those responsibilities are delivered. I have been impressed with the local management team, especially in terms of their friendliness with workers and customers. They are efficient and competent in carrying out their responsibilities.

Pay is low by living wage standards for store associates' productivity and responsibility. There is a problem recruiting qualified overnight workers because of the pay. This can lead to less than ideal customer service, as workers who handle the overnight assignments tend to underperform relative to those customer service workers handling the shifts when store managers are on site. Generally, the low pay tends to discourage more experienced adults from applying for positions at the store, reducing the quality of customer service and the professional atmosphere of the store workforce.
