Vantaggi

Boss works with my schedule. It can be full-time. Flexible schedule for the most part. Free fountain drinks and food but that depends on the location you work at. Friendly employees but then again it's all about the location you go to..sometimes they have Indian employees who barely speak English. Great for first time job seekers or those who just want a paycheck and nothing more.

Svantaggi

No benefits. No paid holidays. No bonus pay. No raise or benefits after 90 days. No vacation or paid sick leave time. Hectic workday and working alone is inconvenient. No lunches. No breaks. You work alone and have to have certain things done before the next shift comes in. Customers can be rude and disrespectful. Not good for making a career or building a career there unless you have a lot of money to open your own store. Security is bad in the store and theft happens a lot. You're expected to do a lot of things which can be manageable but when under stress or tired it can be very exhausting and boring.

Vantaggi

good work value and environment friendly

Svantaggi

The manager would call my phone at 3 am to tell me to unload a truck full of drinks alone, constantly, even though it was never mentioned or docked as pay.

Vantaggi

Pay, Schedule Flexibility and Local Teams - That is where the pro's stop

Svantaggi

Upper Management don't seem to have a clue! They do cuts throughout the company every 2 to 3 years just to hire back/hire new people into roles they eliminated 6 months earlier. They say they value people and their concerns but the majority of workers say nothing about the toxic work environment created by Zone Leaders and above in fear of being singled out. They create positions that don't add value to the field and add more and more work onto field staff. Size of areas continually change - first its 10, then 12, then 16, back to 12 and back to 14+ stores. No consistency in there direction, they train you to manage the whirlwind but the problem is...... they create the whirlwind! Upper Management is a do as I say, no questions asked
