Vantaggi

Benefits and Pension Plan and direct deposit of payroll

Svantaggi

Work weeks of 60+hrs and on-call 24/7 Staffing - always working short staffed so needing to run cash and tend to the front end duties as well as shift duties for 8+ hrs of the day and then doing the back office management on own time leading to a 12 hr day Working all holidays Allowing breaks for employees but not getting one for yourself Covering shifts when employees do not come in or show up Working long stretches of 14 - 24 days without a day off Now matter what the accomplishment is, you are told you could have done more Sacrificing vacation so employees can take theirs, missing out on family time Going several yrs without a salary increase and told to be happy you have a job To see employee benefits cut, manager incentives cut, bonuses cut, pension plans cut, and making less than the assistant manager District Manager receives praise for the store accomplishments and receives bonuses and incentives but the successful stores that provided the numbers receive nothing more than being told they could have done better All about the budget and numbers and little about the front line people who create their success

Vantaggi

good work value and environment friendly

Svantaggi

The manager would call my phone at 3 am to tell me to unload a truck full of drinks alone, constantly, even though it was never mentioned or docked as pay.

Vantaggi

· Guaranteed overtime — Night shifts often ran long, and overtime was consistently available. · $14/hour starting pay — Standard for the role, but the overnight differential helped. · Overnight schedule — Good for night owls or anyone who prefers a quieter work environment. · Hudson Oaks PD presence — Police regularly stopped by, which made the late hours feel safer. · Minimal direct supervision — No manager breathing down your neck during night shifts. You were trusted to run the store independently.

Svantaggi

· No training provided — Promised during the interview, never delivered. · Missing cleaning supplies — Brooms, glass cleaner, disinfectant were frequently unavailable. · Poor communication from management — Last-minute schedule changes, full voicemail box, unanswered requests. · Unreliable morning crew — Night shift often had to stay late because morning people didn't show up on time. · Terminated after setting a boundary — Asked to leave at scheduled end time; was fired the next day.
