Vantaggi

Decent pay and average benefits

Svantaggi

This company is like a stereotypical corporation from an early 2000's movie. the attitude is very much whoever has the higher paycheck wins any discussion even if they're wrong. Current IT management is incompetent and has been since a large group of buddies joined it and started some intense favoritism. Their expertise is non-existent and constantly filled with excuses. God forbid anyone speaks their mind and it goes against the Kool-Aid being passed around , you can consider your career over. Every competent employee, that spoke their mind has been let go and replaced by another buddy, the IT side of 7-Eleven has been driven into the ground. Not to mention the many scandals that have been swept under the rug on the IT side in order to save face. Around ~1000 people let go because the speedway acquisition didn't go as well as planned. There were people weeping in the parking lot after giving the company 30 years and being a couple years away from retirement. Come work here if you want to hate going to work every day.

Vantaggi

good work value and environment friendly

Svantaggi

The manager would call my phone at 3 am to tell me to unload a truck full of drinks alone, constantly, even though it was never mentioned or docked as pay.

Vantaggi

Pay, Schedule Flexibility and Local Teams - That is where the pro's stop

Svantaggi

Upper Management don't seem to have a clue! They do cuts throughout the company every 2 to 3 years just to hire back/hire new people into roles they eliminated 6 months earlier. They say they value people and their concerns but the majority of workers say nothing about the toxic work environment created by Zone Leaders and above in fear of being singled out. They create positions that don't add value to the field and add more and more work onto field staff. Size of areas continually change - first its 10, then 12, then 16, back to 12 and back to 14+ stores. No consistency in there direction, they train you to manage the whirlwind but the problem is...... they create the whirlwind! Upper Management is a do as I say, no questions asked
