1-All agreements and offer terms changed after joining the company. 2-Employees are required to work on all days of the week and at any time, without clear scheduling. 3-The operations management team is uncooperative and lacks professionalism in communication. 4-I do not recommend anyone to join this company. 5-The company's reputation has deteriorated significantly. 6-There is a high turnover rate; many employees leave after only 3 months or within a year.
