Not a living wage, under qualified management, extremely toxic environment - very catty and immature. The product itself has alot of issues. Many complaints from buyers. Drive away good employees. People are constantly quitting. No growth or inclination to grow due to bad environment. People are realizing its not worth investing their efforts into trying to better themselves because qualified hardworking individuals won't get the promotion.
