Apart from all the generous staff incentives that exist at Seven (not many agencies have this these days) - you can genuinely feel there is a concerted effort to make change and mould us into a truly dynamic, assertive and competitive agency. Its quite remarkable how things have evolved in the past year - from releasing obvious deadwood, streamlining old processes and providing true agency focus and belief ... I have a fresh perspective and vision for my future here at SevenC3! It takes balls to make bold and brave changes .. but I’d rather work for a place that actions change and doesn’t just blab about it!

The old Victorian plumbing around Farringdon gets on my titz and frankly stinks! ... but in all seriousness... the changes have been paramount! The loss of fellow colleagues is sad, but from an unemotional standpoint, I would do the same if I had the responsibility of re-invigorating a business- yes it’s sad to lose nice people- but everyone who has left have genuinely gone on to bigger and better jobs due to the things they have learnt and gained from SevenC3!
