Pay rates for anyone other than store manager is very low. Salesman and coordinators are kept at same hourly rate for years with only hope of increase coming from their sales performance. Meaning the company never rewards loyalty or performance themselves. You only make more if you make them more. Management will give you hope for a raise or promotion that never comes just to keep you where you are. They do not value their employees.

Our shift times are a bit longer than those of other fields, but our associates are properly compensated for their time.
