I had a very disappointing experience working here. The work environment is filled with office politics, and there is little to no recognition for employees’ contributions. Despite being expected to deliver results, there is absolutely no structured training, onboarding, or learning and development support. There is also a lack of clarity in expectations and responsibilities. Employees are often left to figure things out on their own, with no clear direction on what needs to be done. Decisions and priorities frequently change, making it difficult to work effectively. The leadership lacks alignment, with key decision-makers often having conflicting views about the company’s direction. This creates confusion and makes it challenging for employees to grow or succeed. At times, it also feels like employees are expected to do more without receiving the support, guidance, or appreciation they deserve. If you come across hiring posts for this company on Instagram or other platforms, I would strongly recommend doing thorough research before joining. Based on my experience, it is not a workplace I would recommend to anyone looking for a healthy, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment.

Great learning environment, high ownership, exposure to diverse brands, supportive leadership, and strong focus on innovation and AI. Opportunities to work directly with leadership and decision-makers. This was my first job, and it gave me an opportunity to learn very quickly. I was exposed to different clients, projects, and responsibilities from an early stage, which helped me build practical skills much faster than I expected. The team was supportive, and there was always something new to learn.
