Good for someone who needs an h1 sponsorship from India.

Group of cheep management, always try to screw you and eat your money. Their pay is lower than the industrial standard. No 80-20 % , 78-22% instead .Dont expect much from them. Payroll team and accounts sucks ,they never respond to you on time. Runs pay roll with out salary deposit. Deduct money from salary with out proper communication. They create fake docs. on your name for their benefits. Force you to pay them to run your payroll during bench time, that too they make direct deposit with out running payroll, and take rest of the money and takes commission. Apart form technical skills, you should be smart enough to market yourself when you are on bench, they don't have a proper marketing team. Now they are trying to get more candidates from India, because of their cheapness no one from US will join with them.
