Vantaggi

Great flexibility; allows me to manage family, personal, and business ideally. Every voice counts - you can contribute to any sector of the business. Transparency - the leaders share where the company sits without hiding things. You can grow with the company - nothing and nobody limits you.

Svantaggi

Every upside brings a downside. I work remotely. Our customers and colleagues are spread worldwide - scattered in different time zones. The employer gives you flexibility, but you also need to offer flexibility in order to fulfill your role professionally (e.g., having a meeting in the evening sometimes).

Vantaggi

Really no pros. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Svantaggi

-Favoritism -micro management is through the roof -low pay -Acting manager arrives to work at 2pm and takes frequent naps throughout the day. Gets mad when you leave at 5pm saying “you’re not putting in a full work day.” -really bad hygiene from some coworkers.

Vantaggi

Literally none - no benefits -literally no team ( 1 person on Dallas office because rest keep coming and going quite often) -no growth -very harsh Asian work culture -Sure product is cool but there’s a whole world out there making cool stuff so please be choose wisely if you considering

Svantaggi

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn anyone considering joining this company, especially if you’re looking at the Dallas office. The biggest issue is the culture. Micromanagement is constant, and there is very little trust in employees. Instead of focusing on results, management closely monitors people and creates an environment where employees feel anxious rather than supported. Leadership in the Dallas office is toxic, unprofessional and incompetent . The office lead consistently treated some employees disrespectfully. Basic professional courtesy like greeting coworkers or creating a welcoming environment was often absent. At the same time, there appeared to be a completely different standard of behavior when senior management visited. This double standard was frustrating to watch. Favoritism was another major problem. Long-tenured employees seemed to be held to a different standard than everyone else. Rules that applied to the rest of the team often did not apply equally, which hurt morale. Multiple coworkers expressed frustration about this, and turnover in the Dallas office reflected those issues. The office itself also leaves a lot to be desired. For a company that insists on in-person work, the Dallas office is extremely small, lacks basic amenities like a proper kitchen or break area, and does not feel like a professional workspace. It feels more like a converted apartment than a modern engineering office. Communication from leadership is heavily top-down, with little interest in employee feedback. Instead of addressing concerns, management often appeared more interested in protecting certain individuals than improving the workplace. There are talented engineers and interesting technology here, but the work environment overshadows those positives. I was much happier after leaving, and looking back, I wish I had paid more attention to the warning signs before accepting the role.
