Never getting time to rest and recharge because you have to be online until whatever hours they deem suitable is leading to levels of burnout that are sending people out the door to any other job almost as fast as they get hired.
If you need guidance, support, or any knowledge of what you’re supposed to be doing you better hope management and traffic like you, not as an employee, as a person, because if you’re not in their clique, you’re not going anywhere.
Pay is substandard and you’re definitely not getting more of it for that borderline illegal level of overtime.
You can say so long to your mental health, social life and faith in humanity unless you drink the kool-aid and go full cult member in which case you’ll probably end up making someone else’s life a living hell.
