1moThanks for taking the time to share such a detailed review, there’s a lot in here and we really do take it seriously.
We’ve definitely grown quickly, there have been times where structure, onboarding, and clarity haven’t kept pace. That’s a classic pain point for all fast growing businesses, and it’s something we’re actively working on, whether that’s through clearer workflows, better training, or ensuring managers have the capacity to properly support new joiners.
As we continue to grow, one of the things we think a lot about is how to keep the best parts of what made 9fin special while also evolving as a company. Our new company values and behaviours are a key part of this, as is bringing in more senior operational support within Data to help build stronger foundations in areas like onboarding, training, and day-to-day execution.
Open, honest feedback really does matter to us. If you’re open to it, I’d encourage you to share more directly with your manager, People team, or any of the execs. Those conversations help us understand context and make things better over time.
