It doesn't seem that they have any notes on your file. They call a lot asking for people to fill shifts and if you tell them you can't do a shift, a different employee will call again in few hours asking you to do the same shift.

Was able to start work immediately when initially hired

Have only ever been placed at one facility. Once that facility was no longer in need of the registry, the company had nowhere else to place me. Management does not respond back to you when you inquire about work. They only speak with you or reply back to you if they want to ask you to work. Other than that, if you reach out to them, expect crickets.
