-the client profile allocation is depends on the boss whether like you or not , as if the boss like you then will provide you the potential client profile , if not then will just provide you useless client profile and expect you to perform just as the top performer. -ridiculous KPI and sales target , even if you reach and hit target then they will change the kpi & target and lower down the commission earning to squeeze out of you the right next day or week. -the nonsense boss and management just try to cut your commission earning in everyway that they can and mention to other department that have weekly challenge if is hit then will get the $ reward which is taken from our commission , haha ridiculous very funny .
