      All the people that did care left on their own even during covid19. If that doesn't tell you anything I don't know what will.

      Great company. Lot's of advancement opportunities. SALES people can earn money here - order takers maybe not a lot.

      Expectations are high but with expectations comes $$ opportunities. I worked at another agency (like highway but starts with a FREE...) and expecations were also high but money wasnt there and I got tired of the president yelling at me,

      No growth, no PTO, no 401K, no sick days and no maternity/paternity leave. Very micromanaged to the point it is overwhelming.
